20+ years ago, The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) replaced the EPA as the regulatory body appointed to protect Americans from the telecom industry. They are NOT a health or environmental agency and they HAVE flagrantly catered to the industry for decades. The agency has become much more dangerous since Trump was elected (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11). Despite research proving harm, they refuse to update 24-year-old federal RF radiation exposure guidelines.
Lawsuits have been filed against the FCC for NOT protecting the public from unsafe levels of radiation as well as 5G on Earth (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) and in space. Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and several Native American tribal groups are among those who have filed. Another lawsuit has recently been proposed to save Lake Tahoe and other environmentally sensitive areas from being saturated with toxic 5G and WiFi.

Proposed Lawsuit Could Save Lake Tahoe & Other Sensitive Environments from 5G Telecom Takeovers
A group of residents from South Lake Tahoe, California are planning to launch arguably one of the most critical environmental lawsuits of 2020. But they need your help to do it.
Lake Tahoe, straddling both California and Nevada, is the second deepest lake in the United States, a pristine environment treasured by millions and home to endangered species. But thanks to profit-hungry telecom companies and their “captured” regulator at Tahoe, the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA), this magical place is on the fast-track to destruction.
Over 100 unregulated, radiation-emitting 5G antennas have already been installed throughout the area, and the TRPA is getting ready to approve the construction of a 112-foot cell tower smack in the middle of Bald Eagle habitat!
If we don’t stop TRPA now, Lake Tahoe as we know it will not survive the looming telecom takeover.
Lawyers are ready to go to federal court to ensure that the TRPA doesn’t get away with ruining Tahoe forever. If successful, the case will protect the Lake from future wireless infrastructure deployments and could even set legal precedent for our National Parks and other sensitive environments.

There IS research that has determined 5G is NOT safe. Cities AND entire countries have taken action to ban, delay, halt, and limit installation AS WELL AS issue moratoriums on deployment. In the U.S. 5G lawsuits have been filed by municipalities against the FCC. Municipal legislators have passed resolutions to ban it until studies prove it’s safe (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) and ordinances to limit and/or control installation.
State representatives in Hawaii and Illinois have introduced bills to protect constituents. Congress members have confronted the FCC with their concerns (see 1, 2). American opposition also includes federal agencies and other experts who warn 5G could threaten national security, public safety, and weather forecasting accuracy (see 1, 2, 3).
High-speed internet CAN be obtained without 5G and even without wireless. According to FCC Chairman Ajit Pai – and a different LAWSUIT filed against the agency – Americans have also paid to have this already.
The majority of scientists worldwide oppose 5G until there are studies that prove it’s safe. Doctors and scientists have asked for moratoriums on Earth and in space (see 1, 2). Since 2018 there have been reports of people and animals experiencing symptoms and illnesses after 5G was installed (see 1. 2, 3, 4).
However, exposure risks aren’t exclusive to 5G. Last year, the World Health Organization warned that high levels of Electromagnetic Fields (aka “Electrosmog”) could cause health issues in a significant percentage of the population. Doctors and scientists – including the American Academy of Pediatrics – insist that exposure to ALL sources of wireless radiation is harmful (see also 1, 2). The FCC doesn’t seem to care. They continue siding with telecoms and industry-paid consultants. Unfortunately, Trump seems to be siding with them as well despite the fact that even Slovenia – his wife Melania’s country of birth – issued a moratorium earlier this year due to painfully obvious risks.

- “The Agency for Networks and Communication Services (AKOS) of the Republic of Slovenia (regulatory body that regulates the communication sectors) has been instructed to stop the assignment of the 5G frequency spectrum. The Slovenian moratorium is supported by the Slovenian Minister of Public Administration Rudy Medved, who in the division of the medical-scientific community on the biological effects of unexplored radio frequencies has opted for the adoption of the precautionary principle : “I am aware that we will not find a definitive answer, since there has not been one globally. 5G technology has not been established in practice to the extent that studies could produce results by which we could conclusively say that 5G is completely harmless. ” The decision came after the Ministry of Public Administration convened a public consultation on the security of 5G technologies together with Gregor Kos, president of the non-ideological political party For a healthy society and Igor Šajn of the ecological consultancy organization Biology and Construction.. The meeting, scheduled for four hours, lasted six hours. The Slovenian party website reads: “Ban on the use of wifi technology in kindergartens, schools, hospitals, nursing homes and in the second phase of all public institutions. Moratorium on the introduction of 5G based on the precautionary principle, thanks to sufficient scientific research to demonstrate the negative effects of electromagnetic radiation on human health, nature and the environment”.
